**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* Providing feedback on call issues.
* Upselling when required.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional experiences. To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
* Over 18 years of age.
* Ability to type 30 wpm.
* High School Graduate or GED.
* Comfort with desktop computer systems.
* Proven oral and written communication skills.
* Logical problem-solving skills.
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
* Organization and work prioritization skills.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success as a remote employee, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Internet Connection Requirements:
	+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 50.0 Mbps.
	+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps.
	+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
