**Your Role at blithequark**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and responding to customer inquiries with care and attention to detail
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening and proactive problem-solving
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity
* Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
* Communicating effectively with customers, including providing video support when needed
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Logical problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues
* Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with ease
* Proficiency in using Windows operating systems
* Ability to type 25 wpm with accuracy
* High School Graduate or GED
* Over 18 years of age
* Predictable and reliable attendance
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 6-12 months of customer service experience
* Consistent work history
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Some technical background or experience
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to provide:
* A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
* A Wired Ethernet LAN connection
* Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
* A minimum of 4GB RAM
* Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
+ Proof of internet speed required
+ Clean and quiet workspace
