Job Summary
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer live chats, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns. You'll evaluate customer interactions, elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, and create relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs. Your excellent communication skills, strong telephone etiquette, and ability to manage multiple tasks will enable you to provide top-notch service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
- Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems.
- Promote interest in Blithequark's products and services, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Portray and project a positive and professional image, representing Blithequark's values and mission.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with tasks and duties as needed.
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or phone-based environment.
- Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing and organizing work to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a remote environment and handle a variety of customer personalities and issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment.
- Familiarity with Blithequark's products and services, or similar solutions.
- Certification in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in multiple languages or dialects.
