As a customer expert, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with Customers: Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions and concerns
- Resolving Issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that customer concerns are addressed
- Responding to Requests: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking Call-Related Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services
- Meeting Sales Objectives: Meet sales objectives as defined, driving business growth and revenue
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert with blithequark, you will need:
- Bilingual Spanish/English: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Age: You must be over 18 years of age
- Typing Speed: Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Education: High School Graduate or GED
- Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to use Windows operating systems
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed and objective
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is preferred
