What You'll Be Doing

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document Identification: Identify document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating your attention to detail.
  • Quality Review: Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, upholding the highest level of data security.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, showcasing your proactive approach to optimizing workflows.
  • Task Completion: Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, demonstrating your commitment to productivity and efficiency.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other basic office duties as assigned, highlighting your flexibility and adaptability.

Compensation & Schedule

At blithequark, we offer competitive compensation and flexible scheduling:

  • Pay Rate: $12 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation.
  • Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities: Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
  • Flexible Shifts: Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, accommodating different schedules and preferences.

  • Words Per Minute (WPM): 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, demonstrating your typing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Keystrokes Per Hour (KPH): 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy, reflecting your typing speed and precision.
