Job Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Fulfillment team. As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to ensure seamless project execution, resolve issues promptly, and meet common goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents with accuracy, utilizing internal systems, email, and online platforms developed by blithequark
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest developments
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Complete additional projects as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication
Essential Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; data entry experience a plus, but we're eager to train the right candidate
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent qualifications will be considered
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of focus and concentration
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies
- Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed of at least 50-60 words per minute, with accuracy and efficiency
