Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

 - Type information into the computer system simultaneously while handling calls, ensuring accurate documentation of all customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:
