Key Responsibilities

  • Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phone calls, letters, and emails.
  • Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Document customer interactions and store information into our call tracking system.
  • Promote a positive company image to support customer service objectives and mission statement.
  • Compose personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintain assigned reports.
  • Update customer addresses for our Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed.
  • Moderate a high volume of inbound content on social media platforms, responding to customer comments and questions.
  • Utilize sound judgment and align with brand, escalation, and customer service policies when addressing social media customer-related issues.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 to 3 years of retail customer service or call center experience, with proven conflict management skills.
  • A flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution, and strong listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • PC knowledge, typing skills, and reliable internet access at home (cable internet provider required).
  • Residency in one of the following states: Wyoming, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Texas, North Dakota, or Arkansas.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
  • Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A starting pay range of $11.60 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
