Your Role: Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face and voice of our clients, providing top-notch support to their customers. Key Responsibilities
- Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, responding to questions, issues, and concerns in a timely, professionaloice, and empathetic manner.
 - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, de-escalating tense situations whenever possible.
 - Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or specialized teams when necessary.
 - Process requests for assistance, including handling payments and other customer transactions.
 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
 - Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
 - Meet and exceed sales objectives as defined by the company and clients.
 
Qualifications and Skills
We're on the lookout for talented individuals who are fluent in Spanish and English and have a passion for customer service. Essential Qualifications:- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
 - Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
 - At least 18 years of age
 - Typing speed of 30 wpm or higher
 - High School diploma or GED
 - Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills
 
- Previous call center experience
 - Sales experience
 - Logical problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work varied shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
 - Strong organizational and prioritization skills
 - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
