[Remote] Technical Support Engineer 1

CallTek is a global leader in white-label technical support, trusted by technology operators worldwide for over 20 years. They are looking for Technical Support Engineers who will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
• Work with different systems, software, and hardware
• Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments
Skills
• At least 2 years of College Level
• With at least a neutral English accent
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to work onsite
• IT-Tech Voc Strand graduates are an advantage
• Call Center experience is an advantage but not required
