[Remote] Content Creator Coach
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The School of Hard Knocks LLC is a fast-growing media and education company that specializes in viral, interview-based content aimed at inspiring young professionals and entrepreneurs. They are seeking a full-time Content Creator Coach to mentor members in their School of Content program, providing personalized content strategy support and ensuring members achieve their content and business goals.
Responsibilities
• Send a personal welcome message to each member assigned to you.
• Produce a content audit + Loom video for every assigned member.
• Maintain open lines of communication - ensuring members can easily request a 1:1 session.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned members’ content strategy questions.
• Conduct bi-weekly 1:1 sessions with members who need direct support.
• Proactively check in with members through messages and offer additional calls when needed.
• Stay active daily in Skool on assigned members’ posts: Respond to every assigned member post & Hype up welcome posts, answer questions and provide strategy support, and comment on updates to keep members engaged.
• Analyze survey data and member feedback to identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the School of Hard Knocks team to optimize curriculum, operations, and outcomes.
Skills
• Proven track record as a content creator on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms. (Preferably grown an account to 10K followers or more on social)
• Strong understanding of short-form video best practices (hooks, pacing, editing, audience targeting).
• Excellent communication and coaching skills - you know how to motivate and challenge clients constructively.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client relationships.
• Comfortable on video calls and confident providing live feedback.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, business, and content creation.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching others in content creation.
• Portfolio of personal or client content demonstrating strong growth/viral success.
• Understanding of the media business & ability to help other monetize their content.
• Familiarity with video editing tools, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Experience working in a coaching, mastermind, or online education environment.
• Knowledge of personal branding, audience growth, and monetization strategies.
