Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at Blithequark, you will work from home virtually, providing support to customers via phone, email, and web. You'll be responsible for addressing billing and insurance verification, product, and service questions, as well as providing technical support and resolving customer issues. This is a 40-hour per week position with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtual Customer Support: Assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.
  • Best-in-Class Service: Provide an exceptional service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Inquiries: Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide our customers with technical support when navigating our pharmacy website.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship.
  • Customer Privacy and Safety: Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy.

Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
  • Computer and Web-Based Tools: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Test: Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center.
  • Healthcare Environment: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Fast-Paced Work Environment: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
