About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in managing the entire customer journey, from placing an InHome order to ensuring daily groceries arrive seamlessly in their refrigerator. You will collaborate closely with our customer success team and work cross-functionally to gather insights and drive initiatives to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop a product strategy for the InHome customer experience, aligning with business goals and opportunities
  • Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality launches of new features
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to push boundaries and enhance the customer experience, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative solutions
  • Analyze feature performance through data and key metrics, effectively communicating successes and areas for improvement
  • Set product KPIs and adjust the product to meet these benchmarks, driving continuous improvement and growth
  • Conduct user research to translate needs into actionable product features, prioritizing customer needs and preferences
  • Act as a supportive resource and advocate for customers and their needs, ensuring their voices are heard and valued
  • Launch new features on time and with high quality, including testing and QA, to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You'll Need

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Expertise in product design for customer experience, from conception to launch, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 6 years of experience as a product manager, ideally managing large-scale, complex B2B/C products
  • Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences and understanding WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
  • Background in last-mile product management, with experience working in agile or lean environments
  • Previous startup or incubator experience, balancing technical and business requirements
