Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, chat, email)
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system
