Key Responsibilities

  • Research and partner with internal stakeholders to address and respond to high-profile customer issues, ensuring that cases are properly documented and represented.

  • At least two years of operational or contact center experience.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of email applications (e.g., Outlook) and general knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
