Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience, or an Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • An active Public Trust Security clearance, demonstrating your trustworthiness and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems, maintaining the confidentiality and security of customer data.
  • Efficient typing skills (40 WPM) and computer skills, including experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel, enabling you to navigate our systems with ease.
  • Excellent time management skills and dependability, allowing you to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines, even in a remote work environment.
  • Able to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation (8am-8pm, Monday through Friday) based on business needs, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to our customers.
