About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Work with confidential customer information and maintain sensitivity and discretion
- Resolve customer issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise solutions
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or specialized teams
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a paperless and electronics-free environment (outside of company-provided equipment)
- Dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
- Age 18 or older
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of Call Center experience
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
- Stable internet connection with a minimum download rate of 25.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
- No packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
