About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Processing customer requests, such as order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolving payment issues and providing guidance on website usage.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant systems.

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the right to work in The Netherlands.
  • Possess strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English.
  • Have experience working with a computer and be comfortable using various software applications.
  • Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7 am to 9 pm.
  • Be willing and able to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required.
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair.
  • Have a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
  • Be available for an initial four weeks of full-time training (paid).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience, although not necessary, is highly valued.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
