About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems using computer software.
- Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of data entries to ensure data integrity.
- Update and maintain current data as necessary, including making corrections and updates.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries, changes, and transactions.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in existing data.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data is accurate and consistent.
- Categorize and label data according to established standards or guidelines.
- Generate reports and summaries from data entries as requested by supervisors or team leads.
- Follow data protection and confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments as needed.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges associated with data access and data management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements associated with data handling and privacy.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data entry tasks.

Essential Qualifications
