 THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
      
 
      
 In this role, you will manage the definition, development, execution, and analysis of the strategy for a portfolio of existing and new guest facing digital advertising products for Ulta Beauty’s retail media network, UB Media. This role will use business and customer insights to prioritize, resource and design ad products and features to be built for owned and operated properties as well as offsite experiences. The Sr. Manager, Ad Product will maintain the long-term ad product roadmap across channels and formats. In addition, this role will help co-lead cross-functional sprint cycles with the Lead Engineer to develop and improve ad products. Data driven analysis of new experiences and opportunities will be key to prioritizing the development of new or enhanced digital ad product offerings.
      
 
      
 YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
      
 
      
 Planning & Execution:
      
 
      
 Develop compelling owned and operated advertising placements, formats and measurement capabilities that exceed the wants and needs of UB Media brand partners
      
 
      
 Communicate detailed product requirements to agile product team via business product requirement documents and user stories
      
 
      
 Break down concepts into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
      
 
      
 Collaboration:
      
 
      
 Building a collaborative working relationship with UB Media Sales & Account team to compile business and customer insights to inform ad product developments
      
 
      
 In partnership with the Digital Experience & Product Management teams, collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize and execute important ad product enhancements and new offerings within the digital roadmap
      
 
      
 Partner with UB Media Sales & Account team members to align on goals, metrics, and success criteria for new and existing ad products to support and rationalize resource investments as well as incorporate approved capabilities into long-term roadmap
      
 
      
 Partner with Brand and Creative stakeholders to incorporate the brand aesthetic and voice in capabilities and touchpoints across the journey
      
 
      
 Leadership:
      
 
      
 Inspire, mentor and grow a team of individual contributors, model a growth mindset, and contribute as a senior leader within the company
      
 
      
 Thought leader and steward of ad product strategies for UB Media
      
 
      
 Leads the ad product roadmap and go-to-market strategy across ad products
      
 
      
 Assess the capabilities and needs of the team to inform strategic hiring decisions
      
 
      
 Educate team and key stakeholders in ad product best practices
      
 
      
 Recognize and adopt best practices in Retail Media Network advertising and promotion (e.g. high-impact formats, high-performance placements, variable buying and selling methodologies)
      
 
      
 Provide functional knowledge to guide on strategy, direction, and timing of future AdTech & MarTech improvements
