Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your own computer and high-speed internet connection via ethernet access. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, including weekends, and flexibility to work any hours assigned between 7am-11pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
 - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
 - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
 - Utilize computer software and technology to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
 - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
 - At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
 - Experience with inbound and outbound calls, including handling customer complaints and issues
 - Experience assisting with elderly care calls is highly desired, but not required
 - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
 - Ability to pass pre-employment background requirements
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote or home-based customer service environment
 - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology

Training and Onboarding
As a new Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be required to complete a comprehensive training program, which will be conducted Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM, for the first 4 weeks. This training will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role, including product knowledge, customer service skills, and software training. Equipment will be provided for applicants after training, and you will be expected to utilize your own computer and high-speed internet connection via ethernet access during training and throughout your employment.
Work Schedule and Time Off
Please note that you will be required to work any hours assigned between 7am-11pm, including weekends, and you will not be eligible for schedule time off in the first 90 days of employment. This is a critical period for training and onboarding, and your availability and flexibility are essential to your success in this role.
