Job Summary:

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $18-$22/hour

Working Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and issues to the customer's satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience and building trust.
  • Provide Product and Service Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date product and service information to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring that all interactions are documented and easily accessible.
  • Escalate Issues: Escalate complex issues to senior support teams or relevant departments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Follow-up with Customers: Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met, providing additional support and resolving any outstanding issues.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Customer Support Executive at Blithequark, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to Handle Stressful Situations: The ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, providing solutions and resolving issues.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency, with experience in using software applications and technology.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not a strict requirement.
