Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Expert to take responsibility for a small portfolio of top companies. As a recognized and experienced expert in this fast-growing business, you'll advise your customers from the initial contact to the long-term development of a partnership. You'll act on the same level as senior decision-makers on the customer side and define holistic marketing strategies, leveraging all of Southwest Airlines' innovative advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Manage Sales Pipelines: Ensure that revenue targets are met by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Present and Sell Advertising Products: Present and sell Southwest Airlines Advertising products, including brand placements, targeting, and direct response advertising.
• Develop and Deliver Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and deliver clear strategies for revenue growth, maximizing client relationships and building their businesses with Southwest Airlines.
• Grow Relationships: Grow relationships at all levels within agencies and increase understanding of how Southwest Airlines can create deeper partnerships with both agencies and advertisers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers: Collaborate with Account Managers to provide the highest level of customer service to all clients.
• Analyze and Problem-Solve: Analyze quantitatively and problem-solve to ensure the achievement of short- and long-term objectives.

A Day in the Life

As an Advertising Sales Expert at Southwest Airlines, you'll work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of account managers, analysts, designers, and other operational teams to drive sustainable success for our advertiser customers. You'll be responsible for managing your sales pipeline independently, gaining a deep understanding of the needs of major global consumer electronics brands, and developing convincing solutions.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Certificado de Discapacidad: Hold a Certificado de Discapacidad issued by the Administration in Spain, pursuant to Royal Decree 1/2013, Nov 29, approving the Spanish PwD Act (express legal provision to reserve 2%).
• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in online marketing-related positions.
• Track Record: Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others internally and externally.
• Analytical Skills: An ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Experience: Prior experience with a digital marketer, a media agency, or a marketing responsibility in a top consumer company.
• Leadership Skills: Self-motivated team player with refined and assertive leadership skills.
• Ability to Influence: Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines.
• Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel-path projects.
