Role Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. You will be an independent worker who loves solving problems, making people happy, and putting together outfits for your friends and strangers. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to provide personalized support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

You will be expected to meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day, working closely with the Customer Success Supervisor to achieve our team's goals. Your flexibility and adaptability will be essential in this role, as you will be working evening shifts, Monday to Friday, 2 pm-10 pm EST, with occasional weekend shifts. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business, and you must be able to adapt to these changes with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, providing personalized support to our customers.
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand.
  • Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line, finding creative solutions to meet both parties' expectations.
  • Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that the needs of our customers are being met, driving continuous improvement and growth.
  • Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Access to a consistently stable internet connection, enabling you to work remotely with ease.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
  • Demonstrated passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and product, with a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry, with a keen eye for style and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to navigate complex systems with ease.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional service.
