About the Role: Certified English Tutor (Remote)

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic English Tutor to teach English online to students from all over the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English online to Preply students worldwide, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Develop and deliver your own lesson plans or use Preply's curriculum to meet the needs of your students.
• Utilize Preply's integrated calendar to set your availability and schedule lessons with students.
• Access training and professional development opportunities through Preply's Tutor Academy and regular webinars.
• Provide comprehensive materials and resources to support student learning and achievement.
• Track student progress and adjust your teaching approach as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Engage with students, understand their needs, and tailor your teaching to meet their goals.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (native or near-native fluency).
• A University degree or a recognized English teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, etc.), or equivalent qualification in English language teaching.
• Experience teaching one-on-one classes, preferably online, with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to provide comprehensive materials and resources to meet students' needs.
• A high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace for online teaching.
• Energetic, patient, responsible, and cheerful attitude, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with online teaching platforms and tools.
