About the Role: ABA/Autism Technician
We're on the lookout for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as ABA/Autism Technicians. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your journey in the field of autism support, we offer comprehensive training and a supportive environment to help you grow. Our Technicians play a vital role in implementing ABA therapy plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), directly contributing to the progress and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
 - Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to inform future therapy plans.
 - Implement behavior support and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA Supervisor.
 - Collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to refine and adjust therapy strategies for optimal client progress.
 - Maintain professionalism and responsiveness to the needs of clients, their families, and supervisors.
 - Ensure punctuality and preparedness for all therapy sessions.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- High School diploma or GED.
 - At least 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting.
 - Previous experience in ABA, or related fields such as Special Education, Direct Support, or as a Teacher's Assistant.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license.
 - Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform various physical activities.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plans.
 - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain.
 - Previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
