As a Client Services Advisor at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of its business by serving as the primary point of contact for partners and clients, managing project deliveries, and enhancing the overall service-oriented culture of the company.
About the Role
The Client Services Advisor is an essential member of the blithequark team, focusing on supporting programs during on-site deliveries and leveraging strong communication and project management skills to engage with clients effectively. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, capable project management abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple portfolios and on-site learnings, including both face-to-face and online learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds and cultivates positive relationships with partners, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders while coordinating and facilitating on-site program support.
 - Assists with on-site logistics for face-to-face growth opportunities at the blithequark Resort.
 - Facilitates and actively participates in client and internal meetings, maintaining detailed records of discussions, deadlines, and communications.
 - Collaborates to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
 - Proactively identifies and addresses potential challenges to keep projects on track.
 - Monitors project progress and resource allocation, coordinating with different teams to effectively meet time constraints.
 - Supports both face-to-face and online learning initiatives functionally.
 - Maintains regular communication with internal partners and external vendors regarding work status, quality control, cost management, and deadlines.
 - Utilizes project management and vendor systems to manage work orders, oversee production, transportation, and receipt of materials.
 - Manages assigned projects, providing regular updates on a case-by-case basis.
 - Capably navigates different computer systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- 1+ years of experience creating positive relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, and different operational units.
 - The ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines effectively, prioritizing amidst competing demands while offering on-site support for programs.
 - Adaptability to work in a team and independently when necessary.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
 - The capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
 - The ability to initiate tasks independently, requiring minimal direction, and consistently see them through to completion.
 - Capability to make independent decisions within established guidelines.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 - Willingness to become proficient in new software applications as required.
 - A valid FL Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record showing five (5) years of previous safe driving.
 - The ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Previous experience within the blithequark Resort or different areas within blithequark Experiences or blithequark Brand Experiences.
 - Experience in providing on-site operational support for projects and events.
 - Multilingual with proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese.
 - Demonstrated experience working with executives or other senior leaders.
 - Proficiency in Smartsheet, WorkFront, Siebel, DSCS, WebBEO, and Certain.
 - Influencing skills with the ability to work with cross-functional circumstances.
 - Experience in following directives from leaders located in divergent areas or time zones.
 - Skilled in communication through platforms like Teams, Zoom, and other virtual tools.
 
Educational Requirements
Required Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
