                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Maintain consistent communication with assigned students.
• Use data to monitor academic progress.
• Conduct degree audits to ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Identify when students need additional support and refer them to appropriate campus resources.
• Educate students about university structures, policies, and practices.
Requirements
• Must have earned a Master's degree.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, current and prospective students, parents, and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve and utilize campus resources for individuals and groups.
• Ability and willingness to work in a changing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-haves
• Knowledge of undergraduate student development and recruitment.
• Knowledge of programs and majors at Purdue University.
• Knowledge of field related to majors advised.
