Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mail and packages to homes and businesses across the country, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Sort and process mail and packages, including handling international mail and packages
• Operate a postal vehicle, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including tracking packages and mail
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, to ensure efficient delivery and processing of mail and packages
• Sell stamps and other postal products
• Execute different clerical functions, including data entry and record-keeping
• Handle incoming mail requests in a timely manner, ensuring urgent mail is delivered promptly

Essential Qualifications:

• Be a citizen of the United States
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid driver's license (depending on the location and type of vehicle)
• Be able to lift and carry heavy mailbags and packages
