As a remote customer service representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our internal clients, including Financial Advisors and assistants, as well as external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from internal clients at the branches, providing timely and effective support.
  • Educate clients on account services and capabilities, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Troubleshoot basic computer issues for tier 1 support, documenting and ticketing calls as necessary.
  • Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks and prioritizing multiple requests.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills to ensure client issues are resolved.
  • Maintain a superior customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries and exceed client expectations.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Call center experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.
  • A customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Basic understanding of computer networking and troubleshooting skills for monitor, speaker, mice, and keyboard issues.
  • Ability to use remote access tools to assist clients and troubleshoot issues.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory.
  • Windows 7 navigation skills and familiarity with other Windows operating systems.
  • Outlook and Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of remote access tools and ability to use them to assist clients.
