About Soko Glam and the Customer Experience Role Soko Glam is dedicated to providing high-quality, best-in-class service to its customers, and as a Part-Time Agent, Customer Experience, you will be the first point of contact for customers, engaging with them on various platforms, including email, social media, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to create memorable customer experiences, build strong relationships, and drive customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in the skincare, e-commerce, and beauty industries. As a part-time role requiring 20 hours of commitment per week, you will have the flexibility to work primarily between 9 am and 9 pm EST, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities • Own the bulk of customer inquiries on all platforms, interacting and forming relationships with the Soko Glam community. • Generate interest in new products or services via product and skincare knowledge and education. • Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services, making product and service suggestions to meet each customer's specific needs. • Deliver "best-in-class" customer service in all interactions with customers, thinking innovatively about ways to optimize each customer's experience. • Become an expert on Soko Glam products, policies, and brands. • Field and promptly respond to all customer inquiries submitted via Live Chat, The Klog, email, and other customer support channels. • Partner with the Marketing team to perform community management on all social platforms, responding to direct messages to address customer needs and concerns. • Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rates. Essential Qualifications • 1+ year of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably within the beauty industry. • Based in Nevada, USA. • Comfortable working across multiple communication channels. • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to foster and maintain relationships. • Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once. • Positive and service-oriented attitude. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment. • Basic computer skills. • Proven problem-solving skills. • Able to work an assigned schedule that falls within operating hours, with flexibility around weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, having a background or experience in skincare, e-commerce, or the beauty industry will be considered a plus. Additionally, having knowledge of social media platforms, community management, and customer support tools will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. You should be proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
