Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customer inquiries.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as internet savvy and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of emails and chats.
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 kb/s, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • A quiet, secure home workspace that allows you to focus on customer interactions without distractions.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, particularly during peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus, enabling you to support a broader range of customers.
