**Role Overview**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Associate, you'll work in a fully remote environment, supporting our members through a variety of channels, including chat, email, and phone. You'll be responsible for:
* Responding to incoming chats and calls in a timely and professional manner
* Determining the purpose of incoming chats and calls, and providing resources and support to our members
* Assessing client needs and researching and structuring communication to provide pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources
* Recognizing crisis situations and evaluating for needed action to minimize risk
* Performing research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources
* Entering member information into the appropriate EAP system to initiate the case and documenting comments and information thoroughly and professionally
* Communicating effectively with all internal stakeholders
* Making outbound calls to identify and assist with securing member resources and/or services
* Providing miscellaneous support functions, including administrative support, follow-up calls, and other duties as assigned
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-3 years of customer service experience
* Basic computer knowledge
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on people's lives
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a call center environment
* Mental health and human services background
* Experience working in RFL/Employee Assistance Program
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a social, psychological or human service field or equivalent experience
**Workspace Requirements**
* Technical requirements for personal residential internet service:
+ Select an internet service that is either broadband or fiber (e.g., Verizon Fios, Comcast)
+ Select a minimum of 25mbps/3mbps
+ Consider the internet usage of others in the household during your scheduled working hours
**Compensation and Benefits**
* The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $35.29 per hour
