**About the Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Union Label Benefits Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
* Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and manage client relationships
* Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with clients and prospects through inbound and outbound calling to understand their needs and preferences
* Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and manage client relationships
* Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track client interactions and progress
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
* Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
* Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results and inspire others
* Ability to interact effectively with people and groups to build trust and rapport
* Strong customer service and/or customer sales experience preferred
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees to drive collaboration and results
* Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
