Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to Blithequark products and services effectively, utilizing a variety of troubleshooting techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and resources to customers.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely, adapting language and information style to suit the needs of diverse customers.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions and outcomes in the internal system to maintain accurate records and identify trends in customer inquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure that customer feedback and insights are shared and addressed timely.
- Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant teams or specialists as needed, maintaining a high level of service.
- Feedback Participation: Engage in training sessions and feedback meetings to continuously improve personal skills and enhance team performance.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, particularly in an online or chat support environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using computer systems, online chat platforms, and customer support software.
- Familiarity with Blithequark products is a plus.
