Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact leads who have expressed interest in retirement planning services via a completed contact information form.
  • Qualify leads using a provided script to confirm their interest, explain the service offered, and set a soft appointment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, helpful, and empathetic.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, demonstrating patience, tolerance, and understanding.
  • Take detailed notes during calls and write grammatically correct paragraphs summarizing customer interactions.
  • Participate in coaching and training sessions to enhance job performance and continuously improve skills.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, adhering to performance metrics and goals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telecommunications, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Reliable computer equipment, headset, and high-speed internet connection.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace at home, free from distractions.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism.
