Virtual Speech Therapy in IL
A position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract role offers the opportunity to deliver remote speech and language interventions to students, supporting their communication development across various grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech and language evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs via teletherapy platforms.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ progress and provide communication strategies.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with educational and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor and report on student outcomes to inform ongoing therapy.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with credentials valid for providing telepractice services.
• Experience delivering speech-language pathology services through teletherapy platforms.
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational environments and student communication goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology effectively to engage and assess students remotely.
