Job Type and Working Hours

Full-time

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt and professional solutions.
  • Maintain Detailed Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to solve complex customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Conduct Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop Customer Service Protocols: Assist in the development and refinement of customer service protocols to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek to improve customer service processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
