Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch customer support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues and provide troubleshooting support
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers to enhance their overall experience and increase sales
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and courteous
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. The following qualifications are essential for the Customer Service Representative position:
- Must be a recent graduate of Ultimate Medical Academy
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Some positions may require an associate degree or higher and/or a 2-year medical certification
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment
- Medical certification or associate degree in a related field
- Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
