• Provide printing and copying services for quick prints and large print jobs, meeting customer deadlines and expectations
• Manage a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for customers and teammates
• Greet customers in a timely manner, responding to their needs and providing personalized support

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems
