About the Role: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative/Service Advisor, you will be the frontline ambassador for blithequark, providing exceptional service to our internal employees, clients, and providers. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule, and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve and input provider/client requests into our tracking system according to established guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate case assignment.
- Respond to inquiries received through online customer service tools, delivering exceptional customer experiences for portal cases.
- Provide customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers, meeting or exceeding established standards for quality, customer service, productivity, and service level.
- Foster a flexible, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude within and between departments, customers, and vendors.
- Identify trends and process improvements to enhance Call Center efficiencies and Quality Assurance.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
