About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, offering a unique opportunity to work with a global brand and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Navigate and utilize various tools to research and review solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information to address their concerns.
- Work variable shifts, including late evenings and weekends, to match customer demand.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old.
- The right to work in The Netherlands.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English.
- Experience working with a computer and a strong understanding of technology.
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair.
- A minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection.
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid).
