A premier legal firm focused on personal injury litigation is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Remote Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support the Kentucky-based attorneys and office. This is a full-time, hourly position. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Kentucky legal landscape and proven experience managing personal injury litigation from pre-suit through trial. Key Requirements & Responsibilities • Residence is Mandatory: Candidate must currently reside in the state of Kentucky to ensure alignment with jurisdictional requirements and priority workflow. • Expert Filing Experience: Extensive and proven experience with Kentucky state and federal court electronic filing procedures is required. • Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents. • Prepare and organize all case files, exhibits, and evidence for depositions, mediations, and trial. Qualifications • Experience: A minimum of 4+ years personal injury litigation experience. • Education: Associates Degree or a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution. • Location: Must be a resident of Kentucky and capable of working remotely. Compensation & Benefits • Hourly Pay: The compensation rate is $24.00 to $31.25 per hour, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, hourly position. • Bonus Program: Opportunity to earn up to $600 per month in performance-based bonuses, subject to the firm's current bonus structure. • Travel: Paid travel expenses for occasional trial support is provided.
