About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Product Manager with expertise in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence to join our team. As a Product Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving the development and growth of our data warehouse and business intelligence capabilities. You will be responsible for gathering input from customers and stakeholders, developing and driving the long-term product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather input from customers and stakeholders on their vision, use cases, requirements, and pain points related to data required for product improvement and business operations
• Develop and drive the long-term product vision, roadmap, and requirements for investments in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product, to deliver innovative solutions
• Drive evangelism, adoption, and customer satisfaction of our data investments through close collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including making decisions on reinvestment, transitioning to maintenance, or product retirement
• Measure and improve insightful speed, and identify components to evaluate how enhancements to data speed lead to product upgrades and innovation
• Assist in solving critical business issues in data warehousing, and improve data quality and analytics speed

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 7+ years of combined industry experience, in addition to post-graduate experience, in a highly technical and scientific field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
• A history of execution and delivery of engineering or scientific speed results
• In-depth understanding of data warehousing, and large data-querying tooling
• Solid technical breadth and judgment, with the ability to quickly ramp up and dive deep on a range of technologies
• Comfort with a fast-changing environment and ability to manage ambiguity
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to identify valuable opportunities and deliver solutions
