Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide expert support.
- Answer incoming inquiries through various media channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance, showcasing your dedication to professional development and growth.
- Basic computer knowledge, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), enabling you to navigate our systems and tools with ease.
- 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), providing a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a collaborative nature to work within assigned teams and a good problem-solving ability to effectively guide customers through solutions.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in your work.
- A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to their satisfaction.
