  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Call potential leads for quotes and gather information for quotes, helping to identify new business opportunities.
  • Respond to customer requests for policy changes and payments, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, as well as excellent customer service skills. We're looking for a driven and goal-oriented individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish. While prior experience in sales or insurance is not required, a strong interest in a sales career and a willingness to learn are essential. You must also be committed to obtaining your Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, with assistance and support provided by blithequark.

Essential Qualifications:
