Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Pricing Manager to join our financial team. As a Commercial Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating global alignment across local pricing teams, reviewing and standardizing pricing across all segments and geographies, and providing financial guidance to our clients. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership support to ensure accurate and timely financial decisions
- Lead and facilitate global alignment across local pricing teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Review and standardize pricing across all segments and geographies to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with Executive Leadership and Business Development teams to manage and propose responses to client-generated RFPs
- Lead and facilitate project pricing, value add total cost of ownership modeling, postmortem review, and process improvement functions
- Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global TP policies, IFRS, local taxes, and commercial standards
- Support client negotiations from a financial perspective and provide guidance on pricing and financial matters
- Work globally and cross-functionally to confirm operational viability of proposals and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Evaluate and support the development of new customer proposals and completion of complex RFPs
- Support development and execution of division strategies and initiatives
- Ensure standardization and compliance to defined processes and policies
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management with a BPO company
- Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline; MBA is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability
- Previous experience in client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective
- Ability to think strategically and lead development of business vision and priorities
- Experience working in complex financial environments and multi-country involvement
- Experienced professional with a background in detailed excel modeling, financial analysis, including financial modeling, pricing modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, such as IFRS and GAAP
- Certification in pricing or financial analysis, such as Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
