Job Overview
As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, and providing them with an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. Your role will go beyond just assisting with customer orders; you will connect personally with our customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues, providing personalized support and resolving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking skills and knowledge of our products and services to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our systems and processes.
- Receive truck deliveries, and ensure that all inventory is accurately received and stored.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong emphasis on customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or logistics environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours.
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
