About the Role
As a Category Assortment Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth strategy for DashMart's brands. You will be responsible for supporting key categories, including assortment optimization, vendor management, and marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Assortment Optimization: Identify innovative assortment opportunities for DashMart, ensuring a diverse and appealing product range that meets customer demands.
- Vendor Management: Act as a main point of contact for vendors, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote DashMart's brands, and own post-campaign reporting to measure success.
- Product Development: Help add new items to the catalog, ensuring high menu integrity and alignment with DashMart's brand strategy.
- Growth Strategy: Contribute to the development of the growth strategy for strategic brands, driving business results and customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including inventory management, supply chain specialists, menu specialists, and local operations to ensure alignment and success.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
