Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Branch Coordinator to provide administrative support and operations management for our home health services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch, including managing medical records, billing, and personnel communication systems. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support for the branch medical records and billing department, including preparing patient assessment packets, processing signed and unsigned orders, and managing accounts payables.
 - Coordinate telephone and personnel communication systems, including screening and routing calls, maintaining voice mail boxes, and managing employee phone rosters.
 - Manage and order office supplies, including agency-specific forms, and medical supplies as needed.
 - Process incoming and outgoing mail, and manage the overall administration of the phone system.
 - Assist with ADR preparation, update HCHB and computer programs as appropriate, and complete End of Period claim workflow as part of Billing Specialist responsibilities.
 - Adhere to and participate in Agency's mandatory HIPAA/Privacy Program and Employee Compliance Program, and read and adhere to all Agency Policies and Procedures and follow Employee Handbook Guidelines.
 
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with typing, clerical skills, and computer competency.
 - Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry, with one year of experience in home health.
 - Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with referral sources, patients, family members, and agency employees.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with medical records management, billing, and accounts payables.
 - Knowledge of Medicare guidelines governing home health and hospice agencies.
 - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
 - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits
